- Consulting on enterprise legal regulations and procedures for establishing enterprises, changing business registration of various types of enterprises
- Consulting on organizational structure and building internal business records (Developing regulations, internal business rules, internal administration, salaries, shareholder register, member book, charter, employment contract, etc.);
- Consulting and guiding the organization of the Board of Directors meetings, general meetings of shareholders, shareholders' councils, members' councils, etc.;
- Consulting on temporary suspension of business operations and dissolution of all types of enterprises;
- Authorized representative services and other legal procedures with functional agencies in accordance with the law
Consulting and answering questions from businesses about legal issues related to regular operations of the business:
1. Providing legal documents related to businesses, reviewing contracts, consulting on legal documents on labor, insurance, wages, consulting on legal regulations related to the process and operational goals of businesses
2. Consulting on other issues related to the internal organization of the customer's business
3. Consulting on provisions of Vietnamese law on contracts, and providing legal and practical solutions for customers during contract negotiations with partners
4. Regularly provide the latest information that is relevant or has the potential to impact the production and business activities of the enterprise
5. Participate as a customer's consulting lawyer in negotiating, signing, and implementing contracts
6. Provide a list of new legal documents related to the business's field of operation periodically (weekly, monthly) via email, fax, mail
7. Provide contract templates and forms to work with state agencies
8. Preferential contract value when both parties sign consulting contracts for tasks that need to be implemented beyond the scope of regular legal consulting contracts.
