- Bac Can Lead-Zinc Electrolysis Plant at Ban Cuon 2 village, Ngoc Phai commune, Cho Don district, Bac Can province (Lot No.: (blank), map no.: 159a/TNĐ, 159b/TNĐ, acreage 643.885,2 m2, form of private use: 643.885,2 m2, expiry date: September 26, 2057 according to Deed No. BG119120, issued by Resource Base and Environment Department of Bac Can province, dated on March 11, 2013), details as follows:
+ Infrastructure and project (all infrastructure categories related to or in possession of Bac Can Lead-Zinc Electrolysis Plant Project, including plant, other assets attached to land and other infrastructure categories)
+ Raw material mine, rights to use and exploit resources of raw material mines and ore factories, etc.
- Vehicle: Lexus LS 460, color: black, year: 2007.
- Bo Lieu lead and zinc mining rights at Dong Lac commune and Nam Cuong commune, Cho Don district, Bac Can province, granted to Ngoc Linh Company Limited (granted from June 2011 to May 2016, already expired).
- Right to use of 14.500 m2 land at Lac Hong commune, My Van district (now Van Lam district), Hung Yen province, in possession of Ngoc Linh Company Limited (agricultural land, a deed of the right of use is not issued yet by authorities), etc.
