Resolve litigation and litigation related to Civil, Commercial, Family, Labor, Administrative or Criminal matters
* Lawyers assist clients with the following issues:
- Determine the subject and scope of the request that the customer can sue; offer the best possible solutions for customers to choose from;
- Collect documents and evidence in case the customer's supply is lacking; Send a notice letter to the subject of dispute with the customer;
- Participate/organize mediation between parties to best resolve customer issues during the negotiation process;
- Drafting lawsuit documents in case negotiations fail or do not achieve results as requested by customers;
- Representing customers to submit lawsuit documents to competent Courts;
- Negotiation and mediation before and during the litigation stage (for Civil, Economic, Marriage and Family, Employment cases, etc.); participate in all stages from prosecuting the case, prosecuting the accused, prosecution and trial (for Criminal cases);
- Defend and protect clients' rights at trial;
- Determine grounds for complaints and appeals against judgments and decisions of competent authorities; Drafting complaints and appeals;
- Prepare files and necessary documents for the retrial and cassation stages (if any).
